DVD Burner.
Imation new DVD burner is a single drive that works on the two most popular DVD formats in the market - “DVD+R/RW” and “DVD-R/RW” formats, and supports various CD formats. At 8x speed – the fastest in the market today -, the Imation Internal DVD Burner is the drive that enables users to create their own digital masterpieces from custom music, audio to multimedia CDs, back up and retrieve system files and save presentations to DVDs.
With built in features such as anti-vibration, SMART-X and SMART-BURN, users can be assured of smooth driving with the Imation Internal DVD Burner. The VAS Vibration Reduction system provides for extra reliable DVD signals retrieval by controlling the mechanical vibration. The SMART-X (Smart Monitoring & Adapting Recording Technology for data eXtraction) function smartly adjusts data extraction to a fastest allowable speed according to both data request rate from system and disk quality.
